The staircase is placed at the living hall. Kitchen is provided with the wash area and this house is planned to have bike parking only.

The above layout is a plinth beam layout. Plinth beam is provided where the walls is going to built even it is placed to provide the stability to the building. This plinth beam is responsible to transfer the entire wall load of the building to the foundation through the structural columns. If this is not provided then load will transfer to the ground level not to the foundation which can results in the deflection of the walls even the walls of the entire building can be collapsed
